These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Is this safe for my pet?" (the
"App"), developed by Travira ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or
using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not Veterinary Advice
The App does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Safety
assessments are generated using an AI model based on a photo you provide and
information about your pet. They are for general informational purposes only and
may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong.
- Always use your own judgment and consult a licensed veterinarian for any concern
about your pet's health.
- If you believe your pet has ingested something toxic or is experiencing a
medical emergency, contact your veterinarian, an emergency animal hospital, or a
pet poison control hotline immediately. Do not rely on the App in an emergency.
- We make no guarantee that the App will correctly identify every item, ingredient,
or hazard in a photo.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of
majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a
parent or guardian.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and pet information you submit ("Your Content").
By using the scan feature, you authorize us to transmit Your Content to our
third-party AI provider solely to generate a safety assessment. See our Privacy
Policy for details on how this data is handled.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and processed with the help
of RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the
end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time
in your Apple ID account settings.
- Pricing, billing period, and any free trial terms are disclosed to you at the
point of purchase and are governed by Apple's App Store terms.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies; we do
not directly process refunds.
